Healthcare Software
Needs a Different Story

You can't photograph software. A screen recording of an EHR isn't going to move anyone. And "intuitive interface" doesn't mean anything to a CFO signing a six-figure contract.

What you can do is show the problem it solves. The stakes if it fails. The relief when it works. That's the story that resonates — with clinicians, administrators, and the executives who write the checks.

60 Seconds. One Product. Crystal Clear.

Spare Tire is a backup system for Electronic Health Records. When a hospital's EHR goes down — ransomware, vendor outage, system failure — Spare Tire keeps patient care running.

The challenge: making that risk feel real to the people who approve the budget. IT managers understand the threat. But executives often don't feel the urgency until a crisis is already underway.

I built a 60-second video that tells the complete story — a normal day at the hospital, a system going dark, a crisis unfolding, and Spare Tire stepping in. Stock footage for the clinical environment. AI-generated visuals for the technology moments. No crew. No studio. No product in hand.

The product that was hard to explain became impossible to ignore.
